What data we process and why

When you visit the site, our hosting provider receives your IP address and technical data from your browser to show you the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not use them to find out who you are.

When you write to us or call us, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us to answer you and, where it comes to that, to prepare and provide the service.

Why we may process them

Answering what you ask and providing the service: you ask us to, or there is a contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Invoicing and keeping the accounts: the law requires it (article 6.1.c). Keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in protecting it (article 6.1.f).

If you do not give us your data

Giving us your data is not compulsory, but without a way to reach you we cannot answer you.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or pass on your data. These providers process it on our behalf, and only for what we ask of them: Cloudflare (hosting of the site) and Cloudflare (forwarding the email you send us). Where the law requires it, we pass it to the authorities, such as the tax office.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of the Meta group, which also processes data under its own policy.

Outside the European Union

Some of these providers, such as Cloudflare, may process data in the United States. They do so with the safeguards the GDPR requires: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep them

Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you. Client data and invoices are kept while the relationship lasts and then for the periods set by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw at any time any consent you have given us, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions and do no profiling with your data.
